Welcome to FoundersSphere! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our event booking website [founderssphere.in] and participation in FoundersSphere events. By booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Event Registration & Ticketing

•All registrations must be made through our official website.
•Tickets are issued only after successful payment confirmation.
•A valid booking confirmation (email/QR code) is required for entry to the event.

2. Payment Policy

•All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
•Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified on the booking page).
•Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets cannot be canceled once booked.

• Transfer of tickets is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizers.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations by Organizers

•FoundersSphere reserves the right to change event details (such as speakers, agenda, or venue) if necessary.
•In the unlikely event that FoundersSphere cancels the program, registered participants will be notified, and alternate arrangements will be communicated.

5. Participant Conduct

•Participants must behave professionally and respectfully during the event.
•Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

•All event content, including presentations, recordings, and materials, are the intellectual property of FoundersSphere or its partners.
•Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

•FoundersSphere and Voxen Tech LLP are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
•We are not liable for technical failures, delays, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

•By registering, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your data.
•Your personal information will only be used for event-related purposes unless you provide explicit consent for additional communication.

9. Governing Law

•These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
•Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
